Jessica Jordan was born a raised in Manhattan Beach and graduated from Mira Costa in 2003. At a young age she had a passion for the culinary arts and started her career by working at the North End Bar & Grill as a bartender, while creating their weekly dinner specials, she developed a following and now works alongside Zac Rothman, who has been like a brother to Jessica. FishBar is their first location. Once you try the food and experience the ambiance, you will wait in great anticipation for their next location.
