At South Bay Judo, we teach judo in a format that builds confidence, camaraderie, and respect for others. These traits can prepare help students for everyday situations, such as self-defense, discipline, team work, and bullying. Judo is an excellent physical workout that increases stamina, strength, endurance, mental sharpness, and inner strength. It encompasses throws, takedowns and submissions.
