Pacific Standard Prime is a family-owned modern steakhouse with a California vibe serving seasonal and sustainable food.

Celebrating one out-of-the-ordinary year since opening our doors in August 2020, we love welcoming guests near and far.

It was long a dream of wine importer and former pro golfer Kevin Leach to open a neighborhood steakhouse. Kevin’s vision was to combine natural and organic food and wine with friendly service in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.

Kevin and his wife Caroline were thrilled to bring his vision to life with Executive Chef Christine Brown. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and a South Bay restaurateur herself, Christine creates an ever-evolving menu that changes seasonally.

The team is passionate about using high-quality ingredients. Many of the steaks come from the Greenham NEVER, EVER beef program – providing premium-quality natural grass-fed beef with NO antibiotics or hormones, ever.

Also on the menu are seafood, chicken, and vegetarian options, plus seasonal starters, sides and desserts, to delight every palate.

Along with sommelier Peggy Dean, Kevin curates a wine list featuring many family-owned vintners. They bring a sense of pride to the wine they make, with a profound respect for nature through sustainable, organic, and biodynamic practices. Handcrafted cocktails and an extensive whiskey list round out the offerings.
