“Dr. Lauren” has been a pediatrician in the south bay since 2004. She is proud to be part of a reputable private practice that prides itself on personalized, compassionate, quality care. CMG was founded by Gwen Klyman, MD over 35 years ago. Dr. Klyman’s legacy continues with Drs. Lauren Nguyen, Laura Sergis, Ly Nguyen, April Cherness, Raquel Fernandez, Jing Chao. Dr. Katy Henry has recently joined CMG and has a special interest in adolescent medicine. Additional services that CMG provides to our patients include on site lactation consultation, and infant CPR training. CMG also has providers that specialize in ADHD and Allergy. In addition to in office visits, CMG offers telemedicine visits when appropriate. There is always an available health care provider to answer after hours questions. Having 7 practitioners allows excellent patient access without compromising on the value of the doctor- patient relationship. CMG doctors live in and love the community we serve!

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) selected CMG as a founding practice for the CHLA Care Network. This distinctive honor was only bestowed to five private practices in the greater Los Angeles area. This collaboration allows CMG pediatricians to have direct access to CHLA subspecialists thereby delivering innovative, seamless, coordinated care for infants, children and young adults. Dr. Lauren was appointed and serves as a Board Member for the CHLA Care Network
