Hello Beach Communities! Thank you so much for voting for TKO Painting and Contracting. For 17 years I have dedicated myself to TKO and this recognition is more rewarding than most could imagine. I spent seven years in construction and left the trade to enroll at Marquette University. After graduating, I ended up here in the South Bay, a magical place I wanted to call home. I contacted Kevin, a friend from MU, and asked if he wanted to start a business on the west coast. After a short visit, TKO Painting and Contracting was born. What started as a painting company has become a licensed carpentry, plumbing, and general contracting business.

Two valued employees and brothers, Elmer and Elias, are an integral part of TKO and are helping to grow our business. We have recently teamed up with Seventh Street Interiors who help with colors and design. We are the greatest one stop shop in town and can help with all your home improvement needs. What started out as a dream has become reality.

On a personal note, I am married to my beautiful wife Heather and have two amazing daughters, Mayella and Evelyn. We created our home here in the South Bay and sometimes I pinch myself to make sure it’s all real.
